How it works
From IBKR statement to insight in three steps
No brokerage login, no API keys to your account, no software to install. You export a statement — or let PaprBoard fetch it — and everything else is derived from it.

Try the demo instantly
Open the live demo — no account, no download. You start in a sample IBKR portfolio with every page already populated, so you can explore before importing anything.
The demo is a real session against a sample portfolio, not a set of screenshots. Every page is populated, so you can click into positions, open the performance breakdown, and see what your own data would look like before deciding to import it.
No account is required to start. When you want to keep what you have done, creating an account asks only for an email — or you can sign in with Google.
- 2
Import your IBKR data
Upload an IBKR Activity Statement (CSV) or Flex Query (XML), or connect IBKR’s Flex Web Service to sync automatically every day. PaprBoard merges multiple years and discards duplicates for you.
There are two routes in. Export an Activity Statement from the IBKR Client Portal and upload the file, or connect Flex Web Service with a token and Query ID so PaprBoard fetches new statements itself.
IBKR caps every export at one year of data, so multi-year history means one file per year. PaprBoard merges them into a single continuous record, and duplicate trades from overlapping date ranges are detected and discarded rather than double-counted.
Each import reports how many trades were added and how many duplicates were ignored, so re-importing a year you are unsure about is safe rather than risky.

Review your analytics
Get instant performance, P&L, win rate, and time-weighted return across your whole account — then journal each trade with notes and tags to keep improving.
Once the data is in, every page is populated from it: performance and P&L, open positions by symbol and industry, the full trade log, per-day summaries, and per-symbol analysis.
From there the loop is journaling. Tag trades as you make them, write the weekly note, and review by tag later — which is where a journal stops being a record and starts being feedback.
Designed around the IBKR Flex Web Service
Connect once and PaprBoard keeps itself up to date — no manual exports every day.
Automatic daily sync
Add your Flex token and Query ID once; PaprBoard downloads new statements in the background.
Realtime trades today
Add a Trade Confirmation query and today’s fills import the moment they execute — reconciled automatically against your activity statement.
Multi-year history
IBKR caps each export at one year. Upload a file per year and PaprBoard merges them into one continuous record.
Duplicate-safe
Overlapping date ranges never double-count — duplicate trades are detected and discarded on every import.
Setting it up takes a few minutes in the IBKR Client Portal — the Flex Query setup guide walks through generating a token, choosing a query period that does not drop recent trades, and connecting it.
